  • Wide testing temperature and humidity range: -40 °C to 80 °C, 10% to 98%
  • High current cycling: continuous cycling up to 120 A, pulse cycling up to 300 A
  • High temperature storage test: up to 90 °C

Safety test**

All the cylindrical safety test standards according to automotive application test criteria such as UN38.3, IEC62133 available

  • Heating test: Heating profile record up to 130 °C for 30 min
  • Short circuit test: according to the requested short-circuit resistance
  • Shock test: load up to 150 G
  • Crush test: load up to 20 kN

Simulation

Electro-thermal simulations

1D system models, 3D electro-thermal FEM & CFD simulations with passive/active cooling on cell & pack level, thermal runaway simulations

Electro-chemical simulation

3D electrochemical cell models including thermal behavior, set up of equivalent circuit models (ECMs), P2D-models

Mechanical simulation
