Whistleblower System

V4Smart does not tolerate rule violations

V4Smart takes reports of possible rule violations very seriously, investigates them carefully, and responds appropriately to identified violations in compliance with labor law and co-determination requirements.

Rule violations are intentional or negligent breaches of applicable law (e.g. statutes, regulations, etc.) or internal company regulations, in particular violations of the code of conduct, as well as breaches of contractual employment obligations by employees of the Porsche Group committed in connection with or arising from their work for the Porsche Group.

Managers and employees are obligated to report justified suspicions of potential rule violations to the Porsche whistleblower system, in particular to the internal whistleblower office.

Managers, employees, customers or business partners of V4Smart, public officials or other external parties may report justified suspicions of a rule violation by Porsche Group employees anonymously to two external trusted lawyers, known as ombudspersons.

The ombudspersons are available to all whistleblowers around the clock via various reporting channels, free of charge. They treat all reports confidentially and guarantee anonymity to whistleblowers. They are also bound by attorney-client privilege.

Whistleblowers have no sanctions or other disadvantages to fear from V4Smart as a result of reporting such suspected cases.

If you wish to report specific information about possible rule violations related to V4Smart, you can contact the ombudspersons using the contact details below. The ombudspersons are also available for a personal confidential conversation.

How do we handle your report?

After submitting your report, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Your report to the Porsche whistleblower system will be thoroughly reviewed. If further information is required, we will contact you. We therefore ask that even when submitting an anonymous report, you leave a means of contact (e.g. via the online reporting channel — see below).

Only if this initial assessment reveals a suspicion of a violation will an investigation be initiated. The results of the investigation will then be evaluated and appropriate measures taken.
